As described by the designer: ‘Iridacae was designed especially for our gradient sets; simple and elegant but fun to knit. The tee is worked as a top down raglan with a feminine scoop neck. Stripes of progressing color are separated by slipped stitch sections that give a blended look to the color transition rather than an abrupt change. It looks complex but only 1 color is used per round. The hem and sleeves are finished with sleek 1×1 ribbing while the neck is finished with a thick applied icord. There is optional gentle waist shaping. This design is suitable for an adventurous beginner.’
