Standard Shipping

We offer a standard shipping option by USPS.

Shipments within the contiguous United States should take between 2-5 business days and include a tracking number for your convenience. All other shipments should arrive within 10-21 business days and may not include a tracking number.

Your shipping costs will be calculated as part of the checkout process BEFORE you confirm and place your order.

Our Return Policy

All products are backed by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! If you are unhappy for any reason, simply return the order to us within 30 days of purchase for a store credit. Please note, yarn must be in original skeins (not wound or knit with) to be eligible for return for store credit.

Use the original shipping package the items were delivered in. Please email prior to returning the shipment so that we can be on the lookout for the package, and include a note with the return shipment that includes the name on the original sale, what you want to exchange the item for (if you know), and your phone number so that we can let you know when your return arrives. We suggest USPS ground for return shipments.
